Dear Sir/Madam,

We are writing to express our interest in purchasing up to 200 containers (40ft) per month of eight (8) Primal Cuts of Frozen Beef (Quarters Cut in Half) from your company for a period of up to 5 years. We are confident that we can establish a long-term partnership with your company.

The specifications for the beef we are interested in purchasing are as follows:
â€Â¢ Commodity: Primal Cut Beef (Chuck, Rib, Loin, Round, Brisket, Shank, Short Plate, Flank)
â€Â¢ Target Quantity: Up to 200 Containers (40ft) per Month
â€Â¢ Term: Up to 5 years
â€Â¢ Price: Under Incoterm CIF Shanghai Port, China (FOB if not) open bid.
â€Â¢ Product Origin: Any except Colombia and Brazil.
â€Â¢Company Registration, TAX ID, and Phytosanitary Certification
â€Â¢ Visit to your facilities: We would like to send one member of our team for a courtesy visit to gain a better understanding of your operations and capabilities. We understand that you may have specific protocols or safety requirements in place, and we will ensure we comply with any necessary procedures.

We would like to emphasize that this offer is subject to the execution of a definitive agreement and the issuance of financial instruments as required. We also require proof that your company has done business in China.

We have already received approval for this supply and are now seeking a vendor who can provide us with the products we need at a target price.
